This is always a favourite of our family. Pork is the perfect meat to include in a green curry.

Shrimp Green Curry with Thai Noodles
This fast curry in a hurry meal is ready in just 15 minutes, but bursts with flavour. The perfect meal for a quick night meal.

Volcano Chicken
Gai Pu Khao - "Volcano Chicken" This is an old classic Isan recipe that isn’t found in many restaurants today even in Thailand. It is so wonderful it is worth the extra effort to gather the ingredients, prep and make for your family and friends.

Caramelized Black Pepper Beef
The exciting flavour of caramelized beef with black pepper, garlic, ginger and of course chiles is a show stopper. This is a spectacular dish that is intensely flavoured sweet and savory that will become a favourite of yours. You can adjust the heat upwards to Thai-it up a bit more like I do.

Mushroom Tom Yum
Mushroom Tom Yum is a wonderful fragrant and flavourful steaming broth that is perfect for a cold wintery night.

Stir Fry Frog with Basil
The flavours of hot-sour-sweet-salty are a perfect compliment to frog. If you have never eaten frog you will be surprised at how tasty and tender it is. Yes it does taste a bit like chicken.

Phyllo Wrapped Thai Shrimp
This is one of those festive make ahead appetizers that is perfect for the holidays. The flavours and textures pop and are perfect with a glass of wine or cocktail of choice. Great pass around appetizer with dipping sauce.

Clams in Thai Coconut Red Curry
Thai red curry with coconut milk is the perfect bath for fresh clams. You can use all ready prepared curry paste or make your own. I like to keep a jar of my home made curry pastes in the refrigerator for quick and tasty meals.

Fall Thai Bisque
Kabocha is a very popular vegetable in Thailand and is used in soups, curries, and even desserts. This makes for a light luncheon entree or a flavourful first course.

Minced Turkey Salad
A delightful and healthy alternative to traditional Pork Laab my turkey minced salad is perfect for a quick and tasty meal.
