Review of Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert
I thoroughly enjoyed watching the film Eat Pray Love with Julia Roberts, so when I saw the original book it was based on at a B&B I was staying at I was instantly drawn to it. I’m delighted to say it was the most uplifting and enjoyable book I have read for a long time.

Channelling the Energy of the Divine
At this time the whole Planet is being bathed in a higher frequency of Light from the Universe. It is easier than ever to sense your connection with the Infinite, Source, or God. You are a channel through which Source energy can flow.

December 2012 and Beyond
I am writing this message at midnight GMT on 12.12.12 after a glorious day filled with Light led by Solara An-Ra in Glastonbury, UK. It has been an exuberant celebration of this key date which marks the opening of an energetic gateway leading us towards 12.21.12, or 21.12.12 to us Brits!

Using the Color Violet in Healing
Violet has the fastest vibration of any color in the spectrum. For this reason many people on a spiritual path feel drawn towards violet.

Using the Color Indigo in Healing
Indigo has a power and depth that goes beyond lighter shades of blue. It is the color of the night sky lit with stars and it stimulates our psychic senses.

Using the Color Blue in Healing
Blue is the color of the heavens; a blue sky is uplifting to our spirits. In our energy system blue is associated with the throat chakra.

Using the Color Green in Healing
Green is the central point in our journey through the color spectrum; neither warm nor cold it harmonises our senses and brings us into balance.

Using the Color Yellow in Healing
Yellow is the most cheerful of the healing rays. If you are feeling gloomy then yellow is the color to lift your mood; it is a real pick me up and supports a positive mindset.

A Letter from your True Self
Writing a letter from your True Self turned out to be one of the most powerful exercises on our Meeting your Self Retreat Weekend. Here I explain the process so that you can write your own letter and I share some excerpts from my letter, which I believe contains wisdom for others too.

Using the Color Orange in Healing
Orange is a warming color which carries a feeling of wellbeing and fuels our creativity. Its vibrancy is enlivening and it can lift us out of despondency into a creative and positive state.
