Laurenīs interest in the New Age began many years ago through a fascination with the energy flow in our homes and feng shui. She noticed the strong link between people and their dwellings. It made her realise that often changes have to be made in the home before people can get better and move on in their lives.
Despite a successful teaching career in State schools Lauren was increasingly drawn to healing. She spent some time looking at various therapies, before receiving a crystal healing from her motherīs yoga teacher. It was a profound experience and she needed to know more! A little bit of synchronicity put her in touch with a lovely crystal healer who was running night-school classes. She was hooked & went off to get some professional training. What a life changing event that original healing session was!
Lauren really enjoys empowering people, whether through healing sessions, teaching, giving intuitive readings, or through wider communication in her writing and on the web. She believes in giving people the opportunities and skills to make changes for themselves.
