Rosemary is a native New Yorker now living on the east coast of Central Florida for the past 11 years. After raising her 2 children, she returned to work as an Executive Director of a co-op association. There she created and conducted seminars, wrote newsletters and helped residents learn how to budget.

Upon moving to Florida, she did some research and decided to learn the mortgage business. What began as originating loans quickly became a desire to learn the operations side of the business. There she processed loans which led to her becoming a certified underwriter. She has watched this business go in many different directions over the years.

She enjoys decorating, painting and cooking. Her and her husband, Jeff, have renovated their entire home themselves complete with an outdoor entertainment room that Jeff built since they love to have guests. The two bathrooms are full wall murals which Rosemary painted herself. They are both so proud that they created such a wonderful home on so little money and have given so many friends ideas of what they could do to.

Rosemary now plans to help people become homeowners or stay homeowners by sharing the knowledge that she has gained in her personal and professional life. Through the years she has assisted many people buying homes or refinancing and plans on continuing and even reaching out to those who may be on the brink of losing their homes.
