I´m pleased to bring to you this exciting topic. It seems like only yesterday when I walked into the door of my Martial Arts school in Archbald, Pennsylvania. At that time, I was suffering from near asthma conditions and close to losing my job at a nearby factory because of this. By some amazing fortune, I came across the right system and instructor to turn my health around.
That "only yesterday" has been over ten-years now. My art is Pai Lum Tao. My style is Pai Yung Tai Chi. I am currently ranked as a 1st level Black Sash and Instructor. Through this Martial Arts, I´ve not only gained confidence and health, I´ve become part of much larger family that extends around the world. I´ve had chances to experience so many unique opportunities and met so many amazing people.
My adventure has only begun and there´s much for me still to learn. I hope to share these experiences with you through the articles here at BellaOnline and invite you to come share yours with me. Together, we can build a stronger Martial Arts community and expand our knowledge and understanding.
