Apple iPod Nano - Fitness Pedometer I was a bit skeptical when evaluating the Apple iPod Nano in terms of being a fitness tracking device. I was amazed at how accurately it managed pedometer and other related functions - plus it plays music and tells time! Biggest Loser SlimCoach Review The Biggest Loser SlimCoach is in essence a pedometer that connects with a heart monitor. There is then an online interface that tracks your exercise data, nutrition, and helps you set goals and track progress. Mio Drive Heart Rate Monitor Watch I do a variety of exercises including Wii dancing and other outdoor activities. While I do wear a heart strap for many of them, some of them can be tricky with a heart strap. So I was very interested in what the Mio Drive heart rate monitor watch offered. Omron Digital Pedometer A pedometer can be key in helping to ensure that you get enough general exercise into your daily life. I find the Omron is easy to use, inexpensive and great at helping you track your daily exercise. Omron HJ-720ITC Pocket Pedometer The Omron HJ-720ITC Pocket Pedometer keeps track of up to 42 days of activity - on an hour by hour basis! Connect it to your PC and get a great running total of your walking exercise. I love this thing! Sportline 360 Fitness Pedometer The Sportline 360 Fitness Pedometer is an easy to use hip-clip pedometer with a flip-down interface. While it should be a great little unit, various flaws keep it from being useful. Low Carb Homepage | Editor's Picks Articles | Top Ten Articles | Low Carb Site Map
