Smoothies can be delicious low carb drinks - and berry smoothies get you those rich antioxidants. Here's a soy milk version which is perfect for Atkins dieters!
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup sliced strawberries
2 Tbsp Splenda
Mix all four ingredients together, and then blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Carbs Per Serving: 7.2g
While the carb counts might be a bit high for the first two weeks of an Atkins diet, this is well worth it later on as you get into the normal maintenance. Berries are very Rich in Antioxidants so try to include berries in your diet each day!
