Boston Market has always priced itself on being a healthy alternative to other fast food choices. That's definitely the case for low carb eaters!
I love Boston Market because they have great comfort food. While a burger might be nice, having a good meal with a variety of meats and veggies is much better.
We usually go for the chicken, in whatever size works well for your stomach, plus green beans, creamed spinach and mixed vegetables. Pass on the cornbread. You can get the unsweetened iced tea or water to drink with it.
If you're on a later, maintenance stage of the diet, the meatloaf is pretty tasty too!
