Carb Solutions Chocolate Shake

Carb Solutions makes a low carb, high protein drink with 2g of carbs. It supplies 70% of your calcium for the day but not much else.

I normally drink EAS shakes which are a rich chocolate flavor with lots of vitamins in them. I also take vitamins each day, so I suppose on one hand the extra vitamins are redundant. But on the other hand, those EAS shakes are a very filling morning breakfast for me and the nutrients in them give me a sense that it's not just 'nothing' I'm drinking.

The Carb Solutions shake is much thinner. We found it not filling or satisfying. The flavor isn't as rich as other shakes we've tried.

In general, not one of our favorite carb shakes.
