Low Carb Quiche Recipe Quiche is just about a perfect food. It's relatively quick and easy to make, and you can customize it to have whatever foods you enjoy. Ingredients: 1 cup cheddar 1 cup mozarella 5 eggs 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup water dash salt dash pepper dash dill dash dry mustard Start with a pie pan that you lightly coat with olive oil. Shred the cheddar and mozarella into the pan. Mix together the eggs, cream, water and spices, and pour over the cheese. Note that you can add in NUMEROUS other items - chopped ham, bacon bits, chopped broccoli, well trained spinach, mushrooms, etc. Most of these things are super low in carbs - just look up the carb count for the individual item you're adding in, to add it to the total count.
