Atkins is coming out with easy to make meals that keep you healthy and eating low carb. The fettuccine alfredo has more protein and fewer carbs than similar side dishes from other companies.

The net carbs per serving for the fettuccine alfredo is only 7, compared to a full 42 that a normal serving of fettuccine alfredo would offer. The package makes 2 servings and only takes about 10 minutes. You boil the water, cook the pasta, mix in the sauce and some half & half. Poof you're done! For the photo I made up some green beans too.



Normally I'm not overly fond of the Atkins pasta but this was rather good. The sauce was perfect and actually by having the green beans there I was able to mop up all the extra sauce and enjoy it.

While I normally would much rather eat freshly made food vs something out of a box, this is definitely a good treat when you want a pasta dish and don't have a lot of time to make something. It's good to have a box or two of this on the shelf. Your non-low-carbers will enjoy it too!
