I'm a huge fan of truffles, and most companies don't even try to make them sugar free. Linda May has and has done quite well with it, too. The pack I got was a perfect little six-truffle size, so not too many, but not too few. They were all dark chocolate coatings. The inside of these is more like a chocolate mousse than a thick truffle, which was fine by me. Very creamy and smooth.

At 3 truffles per serving, there are 0g of carbs. The chocolate uses mailtol as the sweetening agent.

Linda May uses no preservatives - be sure to eat them within 30 days! Since my boxes rarely last a SINGLE day in the house, this is hardly a problem.
