PGA Merchandise Show

PGA Merchandise Show
I have been reading about this PGA golf merchandise show in Florida from many of my internet friends who attended the show this past week. I have been reading my on-line friend Pat Mullaly from golfgurl.com.when I receive her newsletter. She posts all the neat things she saw and interviews she made at the show. She will be posting more on her blog so will check out her newsletter on what she finds new for 2011.

I also have some friends on Facebook what I call my bellaonline friends as Dave Andrews from the book “Pops and Sunshine” and Brian Allman from Sweetspot golf clubs. I enjoy reading about the things they are doing to promote golf. I have reviewed their items on this web site when they sent me the book and also the clubs. They keep up on the golf world by attending the trade show for what will be new in 2011. I have checked out their photographs on this year’s show. Some photographs show Dave with some gals in the new ladies golf clothes. It looks like he is having a good time. I am sure the magazines will be full of what we can expect from equipment and golf merchandise in the coming months. These two gentlemen will also be filling their Facebook this golf talk that I enjoy reading.

I thought it would be a great to attend one of these shows, as many years ago I did attend National Arts and Craft Shows. Those were the days I was into all types of Art and attended with my niece who owned a craft store. These are big events with all the new ideas to show their buyers the latest craze. Since I am now more into writing about golf attending one of these National Merchandise Golf Shows would be a great experience.

Last year I heard from Dr.Tim from Kerrville, Texas who had designed a new golf bag called the Eazy Golf Bag and was a vendor at the 2010 PGA Merchandise Golf Show in Orlando, Florida. He said he had received great remarks and encouragements from people that he decided to produce this new bag. He sent me one of the first ones made and I have been using it ever since. This is a great golf bag and I wrote a review of it here in May. I intend to write another review on the bag as to how it is working for me after nine months of wear. Many new and different golfing ideas are on display at these merchandise shows. Sometimes a vendor will hit it big at these merchandise shows and it works. I hope Dr. Tim and this new Eazy golf bag is catching on as something this different is rare in the golfing merchandise world.
