Usually I'm hesitant about soy bars, they tend to be gritty and unflavorful. The GeniSoy low carb crunch bars are actually very tasty!

The bars have vitamins and minerals plus protein - and have flavor in there too! They only have 2g impact carbs - the rest is maltitol.

The chocolate chip bar is very tasty - almost like a rice crispy square with delicious chocolate chips in it. I was trying to eat this one slowly to taste it and still gobbled it up in no time.

The chocolate bar was less exceptional. It was again like a rice bar made with chocolate syrup, but there was a heavy soy flavor to this one and only a mild chocolate flavor. There's also a peanut butter and raspberry bar that are OK.

I highly recommend the chocolate chip bar as a snack bar that is high on vitamins and minerals, high on taste, and low on carbs!
