Dove & Quail Jigsaw Puzzle

I found these two bird friends sitting together one morning & was lucky enough to get a picture of them.

Please try this puzzle & have some fun. You may have to scroll the window over to get the full puzzle in view. You can make this puzzle harder (or easier) by changing the size and shape of puzzle pieces.

I have found that the little Chinese Painted Quail (or Button Quail) are wonderful additions to an aviary floor. They would not do well in a cage with a wire bottom, but a solid floor for them to walk or run on is ideal.

Doves are also great additions to an aviary. They do often look for food on the floor, but it usually perch on a branch and not the floor. I am not sure why these two decided to cuddle up together this day. Both of my doves were males and would often call and display to each other.
