13g might be high if you're in induction, but for regular way of lifers who are at 60g or 80g a day, this is a perfect meal. The pasta isn't cardboardy - it has a nice texture and flavor. We have ours with a flavored parmesan oil, but you can sprinkle cheese over it, or pine nuts, or your favorite sauce.
