Peach Strawberry Smoothie Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup sugar-free vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen peaches

Put all of the ingredients into a blender container. Make sure you stir up the frozen fruits so that they don't clump and cause trouble for your blender.

Blend for about two minutes until smooth. Enjoy!

The half cup of strawberries is 5g net carbs, while the half cup of peaches is 6g. So this isn't something you want to be having during the first two weeks of doing low carb. However, once you're more fully into your low carb lifestyle, this is a perfect dessert or snack that gives you good nutrition and delicious flavors.

Strawberries have been known and loved by many cultures for thousands of years, including the Romans and native Americans. However, our modern largish strawberry only dates to the 1700s in France.

Peaches originally hailed from China, and now are used and enjoyed throughout most of the world.

So the two flavors together make a delightful combination!

Let me know what other types of peach-strawberry combinations you enjoy, and what you like to add in to liven it up!
