Cinnamon Apple Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe


This delicious smoothie recipe involves red apples, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Mix some up for a meal, snack, or dessert!

Cinnamon Apple Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe Ingredients:
1 red apple, cored and quartered
1 cup sugar-free vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp natural sugar-free peanut butter
1 Tbsp agave
1/8 tsp cinnamon
handful ice cubes

We use a Blendtec blender which can handle these ingredients all piled into the container without much other work. Depending on the type of blender you use, you might want to pre-chop the apples more finely or take other steps to ensure the blender can work through the ingredients.

This makes two servings.

A half apple has about 10g of carbs in it, which is the majority of the carbs in this shake. So this isn't a smoothie to have for the first period of induction, but it's fine for later periods.
