My name is Deanna Leigh Joseph, and I'm the New Age writer here at Bellaonline.com.

I feel pretty blessed to say that not only have I studied new age and metaphysics since I was a teen-ager, but I've also built my private practice working with these concepts. As a holistic healer and psychic, I have over 20 years of experience in the practice of vibrational healing and energy medicine. And I've gotten to teach these practices since the early 2000s through-out Southern California.

So my goal here, as your New Age writer, is to provide you with fun facts, interesting information, and other content about the philosophy known as "new age," in the hopes that you'll discover something fun or helpful that you can put into practice in your own life.

Now you may be wondering what exactly the "new age" movement is. New age is really just a term describing a way of being, that includes, but is not limited to, holistic healing, spirituality, mysticism, personal growth, and metaphysics.

New Agers are generally interested in holism, and are sensitive to the frequencies of our changing planet.

Up until the late 1950s, we were in what was known as the Age of Pisces. This age was guided by the organized, patriarchal based religious structures that had leaders that told you what to think and feel.

Since then, we entered into what is known as the Age of Aquarius, which is about discovering that we have within us everything we need to grow and thrive; we no longer need to be told what to think and feel.

At the New Age site, here at BellaOnline, I will be sharing information about spirituality, holistic healing, and how to thrive by discovering and getting familiar with your co-creative Self.
