Low Carb Mexican Devilled Eggs Recipe I'm a HUGE huge fan of devilled eggs. I'll gladly make devilled eggs to go with any meal, any occasion! Here's a recipe that goes perfectly with any Mexican themed events. Ingredients: 12 hard boiled eggs 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp capers 1 Tbsp mustard 1 Tbsp cumin 1 tsp cilantro 1/4 tsp salt paprika to flavor Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Mix in mayonnais, capers, mustard, cumin, cilantro and salt. Mash together well and then put by the heaping spoonful back into the hollowed out eggs. Sprinkle paprika on top. Enjoy! | Previous Features | Site Map
