Barowsky's carb watching all natural bread is only 4g per slice and comes in a rich, multi-grain style. Get the fiber and nutrients without the extra sugar!

This is almost like a rye bread in the sense that the slices are thin and the bread is on the stiff side. Stiff is good of course in thin slices, to hold your sandwich together.

The natural bread means you're not getting genetically modified grains in here - just fresh wheat, rye, barley, sunflower, and other grains. The bread has a nice, mild texture to it, and a mild flavor.

There are actually 8g total carbs per slice, but 4g of those are fiber and aren't counted. Fiber is of course really healthy for you, so it's good to know it's in there! There's also 4g of protein and no trans fats at all.

I'm personally a little more fond of the butter top wheat type of bread, but I did enjoy this a lot and so did others. Plus the all natural aspect means that this is much healthier for me than other breads on the market, which does sway me towards getting this one instead.
