Jols Sugar Free Orange Pastilles

The Jols sugar free orange pastilles comes in a small cardboard box, the size of a tic-tac container. The little orange gumdrops inside are sugar-free and delicious!

These little dollops of orange have no fat, no sugar, and are naturally flavored and colored. They even give a good serving size of 7 of them, even though I normally only nibble on one or two.

The Jols gumdrops are sweetened wtih sugar alcohols and aspartame, so I wouldn't recommend eating entire boxes of them at a time. Still, I like the fact it comes in a cardboard box that can be recycled, instead of a plastic one that gets tossed into the trash. I also really do enjoy their gummy texture and flavor. It's perfect for carrying in your pocket or purse.

There are in essence 0g of carbs in each set of candies. There are 2g of carbs total, but those are both fiber carbs. So you actually get some fiber into you and no "real carbs" when you nibble on these candies!

If you see these at your local convenience store, definitely pick them up and give them a try!
