First, the nutrition. There are indeed 5g of saturated fat per serving of 3 cookies, and 120 calories. There are 18g total carbs per serving, with 8g of those being maltitol sugar alcohols. Those sensitive to sugar alcohols should be cautious! So while the net carbs per cookie end up being 3g, this should be a special treat in your life and not something you eat daily after lunch.
The cookies are REALLY tasty though. The chocolate is smooth and rich, as you'd expect. At this point, the dessert makers are pretty good at sugar-free chocolate. The graham is crunchy and texture-rich. Indeed, the primary ingredient of the cookie is enriched flour.
The box has 6 servings in it - and in the "old days" you might have been tempted just to eat the entire box. That of course is how we all gained those pounds in the first place :) With the low carbers I know, though, we've changed over to a 'nibble and savor' way of eating which makes those 3 cookies simply delicious and a perfectly filling dessert.
So put out three cookies and then put the box away - and don't go back for the box daily. This needs to be a special treat in your life - but not a daily indulgence!
