Flavorful Style 20g Day Meal


This daily meal planner has lots of delicious flavors in it, to kick you out of your rut! If you feel like you're being bored, give some of these items a try. I love the eggplant - I could eat these every day and love them. The devilled eggs are equally a favorite of mine, and you could do a wide variety of recipes using these, with different spices and ingredients.

breakfast -
ham & cheese omelet - 1.5g
camomile tea - 0g

lunch -
eggplant mexican - 2g
sugar free lemonade - 0g

snack -
devilled eggs - 2.5g
olives bowl - 2.5g

dinner -
lobster tail with butter - 3g
asparagus - 2.4g

dessert -
homemade butter pecan ice cream - 5.1g

OK even with all these delicious flavors, we came in at 19g! Note that I'm not recommending you live on lobster tail every day, but it's nice to know just how luxurious your lief can be while eating healthily. And to think that asparagus used to be a food only the super-rich could afford!
