Carb Countdown Orange Pineapple Juice
If you like Orange Juice, you also know that the stuff is loaded with sugar - almost as much as soda! Carb Countdown versions have 90% less sugar and 80% less carbs.
There are a variety of flavors, such as orange, pineapple oraneg banana and lemonade. I really like the orange-pineapple as having a nice combination of flavors. This is great not only as a morning juice but also perfect for cocktails that you make. Instead of adding tons of sugar to your diet, you're getting the vitamin C without the sugar.
The net carbs are 4g per serving - and only 25 calories. I honestly can't imagine why anybody would serve themselves (or their kids!) juice chock full of sugar. Sure, people need vitamin C. But you wouldn't eat 800 pounds of candy in order to get your hands on some vitamin C, and regular juice is just about as bad.
So if orange juice is part of your diet, it's time to go to a low sugar version. Your health will thank you!
