Herbs and spices are merely ground up bits of plant or bark. How many carbs could you possibly get from a 1/4 tsp of dried up leaves?
Really, to me, it's meaningless to count in herbs and spices. As it is, any count you use for any food item is an approximation. That apple might be 22g, it might be 18g depending on how big or small it is, how sugary that variety is, etc. Every food is an approximation. If you start worrying about the 0.1g added by oregano, you are focussing on the tiny details and not the big picture.
Portions are 1 tsp unless otherwise indicated. Carbs shown are effective carbs, the fiber was already removed.
