Low Carb Iced Tea RecipeIced Tea is a classic drink - and there's no reason to have sugar in it! Here's a great recipe for a sugarless, low carb iced tea recipe. The best part of iced tea is that you can easily make it in any flavor you wish, just by choosing different flavored tea on the market. All are pretty much 0g carbs, and have great antioxidant benefits! Ingredients: 2 quarts water 4 teabags in desired flavor Splenda Lemon slices Boil 2 cups of cold water. Add in 4 teabags and steep for 20 minutes. It works well to lay a skewer across the top of the pot and tie the 4 teabag strings to it. Add in another 6 cups of cold water. Sweeten with Splenda as desired. You can also add in lemon wedges for a lemony flavor. Serve and enjoy!
