Mugs and Muffins Brunch

Guest Author - Monica Talley

Need a little help for that get next get together. Here's some easy and simple ideas for a brunch. It is designed around muffins and what can be served in mugs.

My first introduction to this was with some friends at one of our past Air Force Bases. It was simple and wonderful because our host was able to mingle with us. I have some thoughts to elaborate on this as a simple but meaningful get together.

First, decide the date and time of your Mugs and Muffins Brunch. You know the place so send out those invitations. Now comes the fun part! Pick out 4 muffin recipes and 4 drinks. Now you need to pick out mugs that represent the personalities of each of your guests. I also think it would be fun to have each guest bring a mug to share and each guest would pick out a mug for the morning.
