Low Carb Lemon Chicken Recipe
Chicken is inexpensive, delicious, and healthy. Here's a great low carb lemon chicken recipe that is very flavorful and super quick and easy too!

2 boneless chicken breasts
dash salt
dash pepper
1 teaspoons oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon butter

Heat oil in a skillet. Add salt and pepper to the chicken to taste, and fry the breasts in the oil about 5 min per side. Put the chicken onto a plate. Now put the broth, garlic, lemon juice and butter into the pan and heat for 2 minutes. Add the chicken back in, flip, and serve.

This is GREAT with steamed broccoli!
