Each article will cover subjects such as picking a realtor, finding your dream home, getting approved for financing, how to prepare your paperwork before even speaking to a lender, what type of insurance do you need, what type of maintenance is required, what is the lender looking at, etc.

There was a time when I was unaware of all the details involved in Home Ownership. But I learned, I made mistakes, and eventually purchased a home, refinanced and refinanced again. Through all of this, home financing became my career. There is so much information out there that people aren't aware of that is so important in making your experience a pleasant one. None of it is that difficult if you know what to do and I hope to help you get through it like a pro.
