Organicville Gluten Free Ranch Dressing
This Organicville Gluten Free Ranch Dressing is also dairy free! It has only 1g of carbs per serving, is USDA organic, is vegan. Most surprisingly, perhaps, it is really tasty!
For specs, there are no trans fats at all. No cholesterol. No protein, no real nutrition numbers. There are 240mg of sodium, and the 1g of carbohydrates.
Unlike many other salad dressings where the top ingredients are high fructose corn syrup, here you get filtered water, soybean oil, soy milk, agave nectar, and other natural products. You can identify pretty much every single item in the ingredient list. Don't you wish all food you ate was like that?
I am really impressed with the flavor of it. I was prepared to deal with something "not so great" tasting in the name of health and low sugar. It is really tasty! I have fed this to other people and they agree completely. It tastes like a ranch dressing. It has mild, natural flavors that go wonderfully with the salad. So you have a delicious salad that is healthy for you - and you are really helping the environment too.
Gluten free foods are important for pretty much all adults, but most especially for people who have celiac disease and wheat allergies. Gluten is a key part of many grains - wheat, barley, rye, etc. In modern times wheat is used in so many products as a bulking agent that it can be nearly impossible for someone to find gluten free products. This is the only gluten free dressing I've seen at my supermarkets.
Many people become more sensitive to gluten products as they age, which could very well be caused by the fact that everything we eat - from ice cream to ketchup to salad dressings - now has gluten pumped into it!
The non dairy aspect of the salad dressing is also superb. Many adults also become lactose intolerant as they age, and start having bloating and other issues when they ingest dairy. This salad dressing helps you have a fresh salad without any of those dairy issues. I'll comment here that some people have milk allergies too - which is different from lactose intolerance.
