Crystal Light Sugar-Free Iced Tea Mix

Crystal Light has a sugar-free iced tea mix which has 0g sugar, 0g carbs, 0g sodium, 0g fat - and is delicious. It's even 98% caffeine free! I love this stuff.

The packaging comes in convenient little tubs that you mix into a pitcher, so there isn't any measuring or mess involved. Just open, pour and mix. The flavor is great, I could drink this all day long. Normally I wouldn't, because caffeine isn't great for your body. However, with this being pretty much caffeine free, that is an added bonus.

The tea is sweetened with aspartame, which isn't my favorite sweetener, but there isn't much in here compared to most items you get with aspartame in it. It's not a super-sweet tea, it's just a tea with the "edge taken off".

If you're into cocktails, you can make all sorts of tasty cocktails with this, adding in rum or whatever strikes your fancy. Drunk straight, the iced tea is perfect for all ages and is a real thirst quencher. You could say that plain water is best of all, but really, you can get tired of water :) Sometimes having an alternate to water to drink that is still good for you and calorie-free is a nice thing. I would definitely choose iced tea over soda - even diet soda - any day of the week!

Perhaps my only request for improvement here is to change that aspartame out to Splenda. If they did that, I'd be 100% happy with this mix. Also, I know it's a tiny amount, but even the 15mg of caffeine per serving gets to me a bit. I really don't like caffeine at all. Maybe it's just impossible for them to remove *all* caffeine from an iced tea product, though. I live with caffeine in my sugar-free chocolates, so I live with it here too.
