The two Bible Study courses listed on the site were intriguing to me even though I am now a grandmother. I suggest that mothers and adult daughters may even enjoy taking a course together.

For instance, as described on the site, the course “Wisdom for Mothers” teaches women how to set their priorities in their relationship with God, their husband, their children and their busy schedules. This course uses Proverbs 31 as a base.
