Napa Valley Golf Guide

The Napa Valley is a top tourist destination with fine dining, luxurious spas and some of the worlds oldest operating wineries. Golf in the Wine Country is everything you would expect, and more.

Napa : Chardonnay Golf Club star[offsite link]
The Vineyards Course, open to the public, meanders amongst 150 acres of working vineyards, a number of lakes and traverses Fagan Creek five times. It is ranked as one of the "Top 15" public courses in Northern California.

Napa : Napa Golf Course at Kennedy Park star[offsite link]
Hands down one of the toughest munis around. The course is strategic and beautiful, with rolling terrain, mature trees, and water coming into play on 16 holes over the 6,704 yard, par 72 layout.

Napa : Silverado Resort star[offsite link]
An excellent way to enjoy Silverado´s natural beauty is to play the two, 18-hole Napa Valley Wine Country golf courses, each in the distinctive style of their architect, Robert Trent Jones, Jr. The resort courses cover 360 acres and feature lush vegetation, ponds, lakes, three sweetwater creeks, trees arching over the fairways and artfully placed traps and greens.

St. Helena : Meadowood Resort star[offsite link]
This luxurious resort offers an exceptionally peaceful golf experience on their executive 2,014-yard walking course. The tree-lined par 31 course is short enough to allow time to enjoy other wine country activities.

Yountville : Vintner´s Golf Club star[offsite link]
This championship nine-hole course, featuring three different sets of tees, was originally designed by Casey O´Callaghan and opened in 1999. It can accommodate professionals and scratch players in addition to the golfing public at large. The Vintner´s is recognized as having the best greens in the area, and is a favorite of locals.
