Ergonomics at Home & at Play
Although we most often associate ergonomics with the work environment, we can use the same basic principles to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk in the home.
Cooking Ergonomics-Avoiding Pain in the Kitchen  Repetition, forceful movements and awkward positioning are risk factors for carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, and other upper extremity overuse injuries.
