Greetings from the new Editor of the Cocktails column here at BellaOnline.com!

My name is Michelle Southern, and I'm happy to be your new "hostess with the mostest" and writing articles about all things cocktail. I've changed the format for this site's column. Cocktails (and mocktails and other social beverages) are more than just drinkables... they are an *attitude*. So each article will include at least one recipe along with its description, the glass to use, accessories (such as toppings or stir-ins), a theme, suggested atmosphere, related articles, and more. I hope you enjoy the new tidbits I've included, and have some fun each time you visit.

*** Indulge in a Chocolate Martini
The Chocolate Martini is an excellent drink for anyone who is even mildly enamoured with chocolate. My favourite is the clear version with shaved chocolate on top, but I've included the creamier recipe as well as other tasty tidbit toppings.
