Hello Everyone!
Sunday the family and I went to the annual Christmas for the Animals Event at our local zoo ( http://www.alaskazoo.org Check out the bear cam!). It was awfully cold, and we all had to bundle up against it. Even so I wound up having to borrow my husband's wool scarf! It was fun though, we filled stockings by the animals habitats with food for them. My 11 year old likes the owls and otters best, and wanted me to graph owl earrings. I'm personally very fond of the big Kodiak Brown Bear named Jake.
