Good Sunday to you!
The sun is shining and there are some clouds in the sky. I haven't checked out the weather forecast today. Sometimes it's better to just be surprised, and just live life for the moment.
There are sniffles and flu making the rounds, sort of the germs' last ditch efforts to create havoc. My husband works at a hospital. In addition to his 40 hour workweek he has accumlated 32 hours of overtime. The paycheck will be great, but it's a shame that people have to get sick for him to make that kind of money. But, I guess we don't live in a perfect world.
I've been working on a number of articles for Senior Living, trying to eliminate the short articles that don't meet with the word count requirements for BellaOnline articles. I hope you find the topics and articles useful. News you can use kinds of things is my goal.
I'm also trying to get more regular at the message board. I don't know about where you live, but when I returned home from two weeks in Florida five weeks ago I wasn't anticipating one demanding event after another continuing to the current date. But that's what I got. So I apologize right now for the lag in the newsletter delivery. I promise to do better.
The new articles include Got to be Perfect?, Be Ye Strong? God Does Not Play. Free Fruits and Vegetables.
Free Fruits and Vegetables is more than "just" about gardening. If you are a 60-plus, low-income U.S. senior, you have an opportunity from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Office. Get in shape and get the scoop here:
