Simplicity. How do you define it? Dictionary.com defines it as, “Freedom from complexity…absence of luxury, pretentiousness…sincerity.” In plain English, for me, that means being you; no added drama.

So many of my clients and friends keep expressing a feeling of anxiety these days. “Whatever happened to the simpler days,” someone asked?

While we are wishing for things to be easier, is it possible that we are simply making life too complicated?
