QUOTE FOR THE WEEK

"People are often unreasonable and self-centered. Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of ulterior motives. Be kind anyway.
If you are honest, people may cheat you. Be honest anyway.
If you find happiness, people may be jealous. Be happy anyway.
The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway.
For you see, in the end, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway."
--- Mother Teresa

EDITOR RECOMMENDED BOOK

Pilgrim, by Timothy Findley.
I first read this book when I was still an undergrad, and lately I felt compelled to read it again, on my own terms this time and away from all educational influences. A really great read: strange, enigmatic and exciting all at once. It's about a man who believes he's immortal, and has attempted to kill himself several times to no avail. It is up to his latest psychologist to determine if this man is just plain crazy, or infact a real immortal pilgrim, as he claims to be. You won't be disappointed with this one. Check it out at your local library, or get it on Amazon - http://www.amazon.ca/Pilgrim-Timothy-Findley/dp/0006485278.

Enjoy!

EDITOR RANDOM FUN ACTIVITY

I believe the quote above says it all about our activity for the week. Let's scroll up and read it through again, and have this mindset for the week ahead. Be kind...forgive...be honest...do good...give the world your best...no matter what those around you may think, do it anyway! Strive for this frame of mind. This week.
