One of my favourite Thai breakfasts is Savory Stuffed Omelets (Kai Jeow). They also make a wonderful late supper. I garnish with my favourite Thai Sriracha Sauce, Shark Brand or Sriracha Panich.

Savory Stuffed Thai Omelets
Kai Jeow is a go to meal for an easy breakfast or a late supper. It is so easy to make with whatever you have on hand stuffed into an omelete. Pork, chicken, shrimp, chives, beans, peas, red bell peppers, will all make a wonderful stuffing.

Thai Jungle Curry Paste
Jungle Curry Paste is a country style paste and is used for various game, but also great with pork or chicken or a combination of seasonal fresh veggies.
