I am a freelance writer who has been published in a wide variety of venues. My book, POWERFUL TIPS FOR POWERFUL TEACHERS: Helping Youth Find Their Spiritual Wings, can be found in most LDS bookstores and online at DeseretBook.com. POWERFUL TIPS has been called an essential tool for parents of teens and youth leaders. I find great satisfaction writing to aid others, both parents and youth. In fact, most of my work as a writer and composer is towards this end. And I´ll include more links at the end to help you find those efforts.

More importantly, though, I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the Mormons) and love it! My parents were converts to the Mormon faith a decade or so into their marriage. As a result, I also joined the Mormon church as a youth. To this day, I am grateful for that decision. I love the Savior Jesus Christ and relish the knowledge that He is my Redeemer and Savior. Without Him, I would not be who I am today. In fact, I would be most lost!

The Lord has blessed my life in many ways, as He will for all His children. Some of those greatest blessings have come in the form of my family. My husband is my great stabilizer and friend. My kids, in fact, are pretty awesome and very normal - we have a blast homeschooling. We tend to have a lot of fun as a family (and heartaches, too). I can´t wait to share with you here at the LDS BellaOnline.com site. Not only will we explore the restored gospel of Jesus Christ, but we will also explore many other exciting topics. We will meet LDS authors, playwrights, composers, scientists ... in fact, if there is anyone you are interested in being interviewed, just drop me an email and I´ll see if I can oblige.
