These gelatins are formulated to last several hours in a lunchbox or knapsack, and are perfect for bringing along with you for a snack. I want to note that I've gotten email messages from a few people that their stores are stocking the OLD variety with aspertame still. Avoid the aspertame variety!! Ask your store to please bring in the new Splenda ones instead.
