Grilled asparagus is delicious, and is perfect for summer grilling to go along with steaks or chicken. The garlic makes it even more healthy! In this photo, the asparagus is shown along with the Marinated Mushrooms.
8 stalks asparagus
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
Cut off the bottom inch or two of each asparagus stalk. Soak them in the olive oil while you chop the 2 cloves of garlic into slices. Mix those in.
Grill for 10 minutes over medium heat, and enjoy!
One serving, tho the recipe is easily doubled or quadrupled.
