EAS AdvantEdge Low Carb Shakes

The EAS AdvantEdge Low Carb Shake isn't meant to be an every-single-meal item. But it is just perfect for those days that you're in a hurry, or want something easy and filling.

EAS Shake The shakes come in multiple flavors - chocolate fudge, strawberry cream, rich dark chocolate, and vanilla cream. I love the chocolate fudge. This isn't a rich, thick shake like from McDonalds. It's more like chocolate milk. Which is just the way I like it.

If you look at the image, you can see that EAS has gone through branding changes over the years. Both shakes in the photo are the SAME SHAKE. The one on the right is the old style label. The one on the left is the new style label. Both are the EAS AdvantEdge chocolate fudge flavor. Make sure when you get a shake that it's their AdvantEdge line. They have other lines which are high carb / high calorie and are intended for athletes to bulk up.

You can drink the EAS shake down easily, and it is SO tasty. It doesn't have the aftertastes like many other shakes have. It's not chalky at all. It's rich, thick, and delicious.

I get these at the local Sam's Club (a discount warehouse) and it ends up being relatively cheap per shake. We can pay $27 for a 24 pack. I always keep a case of these shakes around the house. If it's really hot and I just don't feel like cooking, or if I'm in a hurry and need to get somewhere, the shakes are simple, easy, and very filling. You don't need to mix them or anything else, just peel back the foil, pour and enjoy!

My boyfriend keeps shakes in his car. That way if he gets stuck somewhere he can maintain a healthy metabolism by having a shake. He doesn't have to starve or resort to fast food.

For me these EAS shakes have become my perfect breakfast food. When I wake up in the morning I'm not really hungry. I don't want to eat anything - but I know it would be unhealthy to just go without food. I grab one of these, pour it in a large glass over ice cubes, and sip at it for the morning hours. I'm all set until lunchtime!

I personally keep them in the kitchen - not in the fridge taking up space - and just pour one over a few ice cubes.

Highly recommended!
