Atkins offers low carb shakes in a variety of flavors - Cafe au Lait, Chocolate, Chocolate Royale, Strawberry and Vanilla.

Compared to the EAS shakes, the Atkins shakes are on the thick side. My boyfriend loves these because they're like milkshakes. I prefer the EAS shakes myself because they're more like chocolate milk. But these are completely *personal* preferences based on texture - both shakes are incredibly tasty and filling.
