Basil Baked Fish Fillets

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon basil; minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (16 oz) tomato; diced
6 each halibut fillet (6 oz.)

Mix the olive oil and lemon juice together in a glass baking dish. Add fish and coat with olive oil/lemon mixture. Sprinkle basil, salt and pepper on top. Add tomatoes evenly over fish fillets and sprinkle top with cheese. Bake covered for 10 to 15 minutes at 400°C or until fish flakes.
