Natural Remedies for Fibromyalgia Relief

The symptoms of fibromyalgia are characterized by aching pain and stiffness in the fibrous tissues of the neck, shoulders, chest, hips, knees and elbows. Surprisingly enough, this pain is generally more pronounced early in the morning and when a person is trying to relax.

Other fibromyalgia symptoms include extreme fatigue, numbness and tingling of hands and feet, difficulty sleeping, irritable bowel, menstrual cramps, dizziness, headaches and depression.

What is Fibromyalgia?

  • red meat,
  • fried foods,
  • and bad fats
are eliminated from the diet or kept to a bare minimum and replaced with the healthiest foods.
