Russell Stover Sugar Free Marshmallow RabbitIf you're a fan of Easter chocolates, be sure to pick up some of these marshmallow rabbits. They're sugar free and yummy too! There are 33g of carbs - but 32g of those are sugar alcohol and 1g is fiber. That leaves ZERO grams of net carbs. Of course if you're sensitive to sugar alcohol / maltitol, nibble sparingly on these. For those of us who don't mind sugar alcohols, it's open season on wabbits! The rabbit is 1.75oz, about 2/3rds the height of an adult hand. It's vaguely bunny shaped, with two ears, a head and a mid-torso. It's made up of soft marshmallow dipped in a milk chocolate shell. The marshmallow part is on the gooey side, more of a soft texture than a hard, crunchy one. The outer chocolate shell is quite nice, a creamy, soft chocolate flavor that melts in your mouth. I of course wouldn't recommend eating 20 of these for a healthy meal! However, if you have GOT to have chocolate for Easter, this is perfect. It won't rot your teeth. It won't add extra pounds to you. It'll soothe that craving you have for chocolate flavor. Well recommended!
