Berenstain Bears - New Baby Review

Berenstain Bears - New Baby Review
Deep in Bear Country lives a family of bears. There is Papa Bear, Mama Bear and Small Bear. They live in a hollow tree that Papa Bear made into a nice house. Small Bear is very happy with his life.

The Berenstain Bears’ New Baby by Stan and Jan Berenstain

It’s fun growing up in Bear Country… Mama grows vegetables in her garden; Papa gets honey from the trees and tries not to get stung by the bees.

There is so many fun things that a cub can do growing up in Bear Country. He is snug in his house and in the snug little bed that Papa Bear made for him when he was a baby.

One day when he woke up he realized that he just doesn’t fit in his bed anymore. Papa takes him to the woods to find wood for a new, larger bed. This is exciting news but Small Bear wonders what will happen to his little bed.

Mama has been getting a bit rounder and it’s been a bit harder to sit on her lap but Small Bear didn’t know this meant he was getting a little sister.

By the time the bed was all made and they carried it home his little bed had been moved out of his room and in the bed now there was a little baby girl cub.
Wow! Now he’s a big brother. He hopes he will be a good brother.

Note: This book is from my home library. It was a favorite book when my little boy to help him get ready for a new baby in the house. I recommend this book. It's great!
